While i had some items drop that i could not walk to to pick them up, i always managed to get them by clicking on them. But they should of course drop where the player can reach/walk to, to be safe. Maybe the orientation of the object, that drops the items on destruction could be at fault. Since the problem i had was from destroying barrels and such and the coins as well as some items landed in the non-passable area. As said, it was not very far so i could get it by clicking it, still, would have been better if dropped in the other direction.
