I have several items that have like + toughness or +wisdom, even one that has +25 to all of them. When I put it on, the number does go up but like my total health, or health regen or spell damage does not increase with those + attributes.

do you have both inventory and detailed stats open? Sometimes you need to close Window and re-open to see the changes
