other night i had an issue after i reset my passives. wouldnt let me go from first tier to second tier. finally had to rotate middle ring so skills didnt line up then i could put my skills where i wanted. even though the skills didnt line up for the second tier i could put my points where i needed. after the skills were set i tried to rotate ring back where it should be and it locked out the middle ring. when i rotated middle ring out of alignment again they unlocked again. i logged of then back in and it finally fixed itself but it was very annoying
