When deactivating the 4/4 skill node named, "The Black Cloud" and then reactivating it to use again, the effect is gone.

Normally the effect would rain arrows down one time, taking the entire Arrow's Wail channels damage in one go.

When I turned off the skill to play with my specs and build, and then turned it back on to use it again, it wouldn't let me.
