I wish I could help, but unfortunately, it is not possible to restore a deleted character at the moment. We're working on implementing the possibility to restore deleted characters on the player's side in the future. Keep in mind that it will not be available soon, and I can't say for sure that your deleted character will be there when we implement this possibility.
