I have had this same thing happen 5 or 6 times in a row now. I make it to phase 3 of the fight and as heim gets under 70k-ish hp I just get the 'you have died' dialog and i go back to the waypoint before the fight. Even though I have all 3 revive tokens unused the fight is reset to the very start. Very frustrating, will try again tomorrow.

Wow. This makes 3 different bugs on the same boss.
Takes little to no damage right at start of fight.
Freezes mid way through fight and takes ZERO damage.
And now your "you have died" bug.
This is insane. How in the actual f could they call this game "finished" and release it? This on top of all the other bugs they allowed into the final build of the release. My mind is literally blown right now.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a skill he uses hence the force fields I believe you're supposed to hide under when it's coming. I've had this similar issue and I think it's just one of his skills. I do get him to the freezing point every single time I attempt to fight him though. Driving me completely crazy. I simply don't want to change my DOT build it's way too fun.
