I am using anomaly with the skill modifier 'rending of matter', allowing to cast 2 vortex. After casting the second vortex, when I try to cast the skill again while on cooldown and willpower is regenerating (actually it seems that it happens also when willpower has almost finished to be transfered to rage), it will consume the willpower cost of the skill and obviously not cast a third vortex.
This is quite a problem since I am not always monitoring closely the cooldown of the skill when I try to cast it again, resulting very often in using 50% too much willpower, having the cost of the skill taken 3 times for only 2 vortex cast
It needs to be fixed !
