There is a general recalculation error when using 2 weapons at once adds no damage or very little. You get more damage with one weapon and empty second hand or with weapon and shield.

After all, the second weapon should give full reinforcement because it does not give defense and survivability like a shield. I love playing dual wielding in every game but here it is totally broken at the moment

Please Wolcen Team fix the dual wielding bug because playing with the same weapon gives you incredible fun
