We just released a team update regarding this issue:

Basically, the situation is getting slowly better.
Increasing server capacity is a process that takes time and we realized that even more players are trying to connect, making thing even more difficult to solve since we need even more servers.
A fix will be deployed in few hours that would improve the situation a lot.

Along with that,can we expect a hotfix for offline progresion reset??Even though i make a new character after the hotfix released earlier this day my offline character still dissapears when i exit the game,like it doesn't save at all in offline mode. I know you are trying your best guys and i hope you will be able to fix most of issues fast.Keep it up guys!! :)

If you know it's an issue then quit playing it until it's fixed.

I said i know it is bug and i notify them that the hotfix fix it for someone but for some other people the issue remains.I didn't cry or whining or anything.
