Can't enter the den in "The Bane of the Stor… - Forum

I am completely stuck. I cannot progress any further in the game. I have submitted an official bug report a week ago and haven't even gotten as much as an email acknowledgement of the report. I get all the way to the third level of the caves, walk up to the glowing blue curtain that is right there and click it. NOTHING. And there is no staircase to go back up, so there is no way to get back to an upper level, and it says you can't use the town portal there. Basically, it traps me in a small area of a cave and I have to quit the game. So basically, if this isn't fixed, I cannot play this game I've paid for. This is repeatable and has already been reported with no answer from the devs at all. Not cool.

I've experienced the same bug in a different place: I can't access Mercy's Arena. The teleport didn't work near the door but this map was large enough that I could portal eventually. I also reported the bug with no answer, but I have since experimented and found out something more:

This bug apparently blocks all transitions from happening that have the "whole party will be teleported" notification in online mode.

Evidence: I started a new character in online mode and couldn't even pass the first transition out of the tutorial dungeon. I started a character in offline mode and it worked, the window came up and the transition went through. The bug apparently blocks the window from appearing and the ok button on the window triggers the actual transition. (Unfortunately the game didn't save my offline character for some reason.)

I hope someone takes a look at it because I'm completely blocked from progressing.
