When you have a wide (or in my case, an ultrawide) screen and you want to finish the campain, the button for activating the last level (challanging the boss)
is not present... Its of the screen! Only when I go windowed 1600X1200 the button was visible again...

Wow, this is frustrating: the boss keeps repeating these quests... Need to periodically change the resolution to do this quest...
