Character Head is a big Ball

When i create a character or play with one, the head of the char is just a big ball. In character creation the color of the ball can be modified by selecting another head hair color. Building a character without head hair or beard still produces a ball-head char.

I have the same issue. When I get to the main screen and I create a character, regardless of sex, skin tone, eye colour, hair style, hair/beard colour, and weapon choice, their heads remain as a large brown sphere. When moving between customization options, an untextured model can be seen briefly. The game runs smoothly at 60 fps on very high settings, even when creating and playing for a short time with the bug, the rest of the game is perfect, but the sphere remains.
