Well, I have exactly same issue and it seems there is nothing we can do. I am trying to modify save file to reset the quest but still no luck. Not sure why.

Well, managed to fix it via editing save files, works only with offline character of course. If interested, let me know.

Lol I made a character yesterday, and I couldn't get to the last boss in the Svriir network because of a similar bug. I rerolled in an attempt to try something new, and I got all the way to the part you're describing. Same thing happened to me, and now no more Valeria either. Also I can't seem to save the waypoint right before that next area. After two characters bugging out and getting stuck, I think it's time to take a Wolcen break for a while until they get some of these issues ironed out.

Looks like I was posting right as you posted that. I supposed offline is probably the best bet then. I really wasn't playing with others anyway, but would be nice to have that option. I guess its just not feasable at this point though. That's what I read people were doing at launch, and I'd hoped it wouldnt be as bad still.

Same happened to me in the tunnel. Had a gamecrash in the tunnel, sent a crash report and after the crash i wasnt able to proceed.
Please fix. Forcing us offline is not fair for a bug like this.

My character is online, no chance of changing saved files. unfortunately I had already spent about 18hours playing it and i'm not in the mood of starting over. please fix it or refund is comming. thanks

Me too! We had a power outage while I was in the Echoing Path. Restarted and ran through the Echoing Path, killed and cleared the entire level, several time, and I can not proceed to Cordanon Mines. I'm stuck at the same place as the OP's picture. The quest idicator above Echoing Path on the map doesn't go away. When I exit the end of Echoing Path, I can activate the portal, but not enter the next level. If I end the game, it makes Me clear the level before Echoing Path again, but still wont let me through after clearing Echoing Path. What a drag. That will stop game play.

It took me time to find people with the same problem but now I see that I'm not alone with this issue. I stopped playing yesterday just after entering the mines and today when I got back to the game Valeria had vanished and even when I go out of the mines nothing happen, and I can't go through that damn portal. Does anyone have a solution? I already spent 23 hours on this game and I don't want to restart with an offline character. Do we have a way to contact the devs for them to see this thread?

a friend of mine created a new character and i'm rushing him through his quests. I guess it will work somehow. if it works i'll post here.

Im quite sure it will be fine as long as you dont log out / crash in the area. I just dont think a bug should be allowed to be so severe.

Please set up a quest reset function, or raise the manhours on fixing quests which brick your character.
