...every single time once the laser beam starts. If I don't kill it before the beam, its a guaranteed freeze and DC. Nothing else causes this. I've uninstalled and re-installed the game, tried different video drivers, but nothing seems to work. I know once I see a Demon of Souls I'm DCing if I don't kill it before the beam.

Can confirm this bug. Disconnected from server almost exact same time as beginning of ice beam channel. I have about a 50% chance to not complete any expedition due to them being end bosses and not avoidable even if you use god of war cheese. This has happened around 8 times now so pretty consistent.
