I tried doing a couple of Echo Level 120 Boss fights and I got kicked out of both as if I was going back through the portal and then being unable to enter back in losing the Echo in the process and potential rewards.

Same here, Devs should correct these annoying bugs. A lot of patches (1.0.7, 1.0.8, 1.0.9, 1.0.10, 1.0.11) and the worst bugs still here.
