As the title said... This game freeze is consistent for me no matter how many times i restarted the game, it always freezes while killing/destroying or just right after killing/destroying the Corrupted Heart (with Valerie as your companion in offline mode).

Happened to me as well in offline mode.
I think I'm still in Act 1 as I have just started playing. Here's a short clip of my game freezing https://youtu.be/irR20L1HF1w
The video was cut after less than a second on the video because my instant replay also stopped capturing the game when this happened. I am playing on my Alienware m15 laptop with nvidia gtx2060, Intel i7 CPU and 16GB or RAM. Hope this helps.

This is happening to me too. And it looks like the problem has been a little over 1 year, so there's really no excuse. And no, I can't record it. My entire PC freezes and has to be hard reset after killing/destroying or just right after killing/destroying the Corrupted Heart (with Valerie as your companion in offline mode).--Just as the first person said.
So what do we do now?
