Logging into the game today, I have the quest to talk to Heimlock, but he doesn't spawn when I go to the zone where I was at yesterday, and I've checked multiple base camps and zones for him and can't find him. How can I restart or re-do the quest to unbug it? I've reloaded multiple times. Even tried just doing the zone on my own hoping he'd spawn after and I could move on.

Please help.
