Augmented Ammunition rune seems to be cancelled by flak handcannon. I can't get any ailments to proc. I assume this is a bug as it works with the pierce rune just fine.

I noticed that I can inflict ailments with Flak Handcannon, but only from flat damage on my gear and not with Augmented Ammunation. I removed all flat added damage to attacks to test that. When removing Flak Handcannon I was able to inflict ailments with Augmented Ammunation again.

Can confirm, using both flak handcannon and augmented ammunition prevents augmented ammunition from functioning. As soon as i unassign flak, the augmented ammunition starts to work again.
