Havoc Orb seems to consistently (as in not always, but definitely the majority of the time) spray fire when I use the Baptism by Hail rune, even though my mouse cursor is always still. I checked the skill and rune descriptions and don't see anything stating that it should be happening, and I don't remember it happening until recently. While it is possible that my mouse is slowly breaking and need to replace it, I haven't noticed any strange movements in any other programs or games, so I think something is happening in Wolcen to make it think that my cursor is moving. Who knows, maybe this is intentional, but it sure doesn't feel like it is (nor should be).
