Item appears as "null_umbra_item"

item dropped as "null_umbra_item".
Picking it up screws up your stash, like it keeps the item in your stash until you log out.
It also disorganizes the slots. (i.e. a weapon may appear top left, but it isn't there and can't be sold/moved).
It also doesn't let certain items be moved (stash or tried to put on the ground)

(I'm on the latest patch on steam and files have been verified)

patch 1.1.3.0
I have the same problem but i will try to explain a little bit more.

"null_umbra_item" dropped and i thought it was most likely an item-naming issue and was not sure if i should pick it up or not. As i picked it up its graphics appeared as a normal rogue armor. Having picked the item up there was no tool-tip of any kind. By clicking on the item inside the inventory it could not be picked up. I was able to move it to the bottom right inventory spot by swapping it with another item that i clicked first.
As i was frustrated that i permanently lost two inventory spaces to the bugged item that i could not drop i tried to swap it to my stash and it worked.
After relogging the item was fine and i could sell it and i thought the issue was fixed but it was not.
After that random items in my Inventory or equipment slot get the same issue after reloging of not showing any graphics and not being able to be picked up by me.
I can swap places of the bugged equipped gear with same item types which makes the graphics reappear on the old item (right graphic) and the newly swapped item (wrong graphic).
Another issue is that my Passive Dodge Chance on my gear increases every time i swap bugged armor pieces now and i can't reset it to normal values unless i relog which is really inconvinient. Obviously swapping items doesn't make the game recalculate all your real stat values properly but makes it substract and re-add values which leads to miscalculations.

Hopefully my explanation helps you to narrow down the bug-search.

If you have any further questions about the bug feel free to contact me.
