I'm stuck on the "Destroy the hearts of corruption" part of the quest because I killed the first heart before the quest came up to destroy the hearts of corruption. I'm forced to restart the game and try again.

I have the same problem, any progress? I have tried 3 times the zone and the counter didn't start.. so the first heart is not counted..
(update: just waitted a little till the counter starts and then I have been able to finish it).
