you can see that my mouse works inside the various windows (inventory opened via the keyboard) but not on the bottom control panel.

I haven't had this since, my ping was at 51ms (normally around 35).

Keyboard: SteelSeries APEX M400
Mouse: SteelSeries Sensei 310
Headphones: SteelSeries Artic 7 (wireless)

Driver is up to date, no issues with other games.
