Me and a friend are playing, and when one is killed (downed and bleed out), we ain't able to revive in town, or anywhere else for that matter.
Only fix we've found for it, is to return to main menu and that's kinda a buzzkill whilst trying to finish the campaign.

This bug is still around, during boss fight, my buddy goes down and cannot revive, even after fight ends, she lost some nice loot. it kinda ruins the experience. and seeing that this post is 2 years old, i dont have much hope that anything is done to solve it , but i thought you guys should know.
