While pursuing the cultists in Anankis'Hall 2 I tried to teleport back to the city.
It doesn't bring me back to the city but reloads the screen and brings me to the exact same spot I tried to teleport from.

This issue happens sometimes but we haven't found a way to properly replicate it so far. It doesn't concern this area specifically, it can happen at any moment.
