Online gameplay lag

THIS MAKES THE GAME UNPLAYABLE.

When fighting big pack of monsters I deal damage, I see the numbers, but monsters freeze for a couple of seconds (even 10 seconds). I can walk in the meantime, but it looks like the server is counting the damage to decide if the monsters are already dead or not. It seems that server even counts the damage dealt to me by monsters, because health bar behaves strangely and suddenly I may find myself dead. So when fighting champions or bosses I don't even know what is going on. Things are getting even worse when we play with friends, no matter how many. We deal damage and watch frozen or glitching monsters for a couple of seconds until they disappear.

Now our specs (all of us very similar). We connect to Frankfurt or London. Ping 27ms to 40ms.
Our connection speed is 500 Mb/s. Computer specs: Ryzen 2700x, GTX 1080Ti, 16GB RAM, disks NVME + SSD, Windows 10 64Bit.

Additionally there's probably a problem with "Increased Awerness" passive, because I pick up globes from whole the map. Not just the whole screen. Whole map. If I deal damage over time, leave the monsters and move to another location I still pick up globes that drop out of those monsters.

its a common problem, especially when u play a caster, its getting worse when u play with more people.
