so I just logged in and my stash was empty and locked again. Wanted gold to unlock it.
I played some 30 minutes before with no problem and now all of a sudden stash is gone.
Can I have my stuff back....please?

Hello,
This issue happens when our servers being overloaded.
These items are actually not gone, but they don't appear ingame because the loading failed.
In order to see your items again, you will need to relog again and they will be back.
Any action with the empty chest should be lost.

Characters/stashes/city building missing: If you're having any of these issues Online, please relaunch the game or relog your character until the issue is fixed. The data exists, but it's not returned by the database and it might require several attempts before it comes back.

This does not function.
I've lost all comestics and in more then 20 try to relog nothing has changed...
I've read of other people with same issue trying nealry 100 relog...
No solution for them either.

I can confirm this is not true. I have lost MANY items. They can and will disappear and never return. Relogging does not always fix this. I have lost materials dyes and gems many MANY times now.
