I am stuck at Dawn's Crest Camp and can not continue further to the right of the map.

I tried restarting, exiting and re-entering the area, using town portal at the problematic spot, Aether Jumping but could not resolve the issue. I also tried using GeForce Now but even on a remote machine the issue persisted.

Could somebody help me with this issue please?
