Stuck at "Dive into the incubation chambers"
I have tried restarting game multiple times. I get to the Experimentation Room, but the path is blocked and can't interact with the Lembach.
This is my third play through of the game, first two were before blood trail and I had no issues either time.

Note that after restarting game, the Experimentation Room waypoint is locked again. I have to fight my way back to it, and still cannot pass.
