Hi I have tested, and notice all weapons, including shield that dropped from chest are T11 version. which the level requirement is 41, which the same item graphic look as the t16 version. This include all chest as far as I notice (unflipped tiles, bodies, cursed chest)

This causes the base stats, the white portion on top before all the magic prefix and suffix roll to be way lower, an example would be shield will have much lower base all resist, block chance and block efficiency.

Monster still drop T16 level 60(or 50 for shield) version, its only all "chest" loot that having this issue. I am pretty sure this is not intented and would be an easy fix.
Hopefully dev run this and hot fixed it soon, because currently your untainted loots are mostly from the chest at the end, or chest/dead body along the way. except the 3-5 loot from the ranking window. so.... kinda force people not to play untainted farm if one still need to find weapons
