I seem to have the same problem. i cannot use the teleportation and/or waypoints and therefore cannot advance my mission.

This has become a serious issue.

When locked, you cannot use the map to port, cannot use "T" to port, cannot learn new skills, cannot use the exit shrines in instances.

Only fix it so log out of the character, and then return which means you will have lost any work you might have done in an area.

Please look into this guys.

I have the same problem. I can not use any kind of portal or exit shrines. Not sure what to do?
Is there going to be a fix for this problem?

I have experienced the same issue.
Going down into a cavern, and when i finished it (getting bounty screen) i can't get out, neither by the shrine, neither by the entrance, neither with teleport.
I've got to get back to the main menu.
I had the same issue with Pity in arena, may be in this case it was due to parasite some foes.
Then i choose to use Living Mortis, but it don't change anything, i have 1/4, 1/3 chance to be stuck.
It is very frustrating and boring.
May be i should try to play off line.

I also ran into this issue several times, this happen in online mode for me, and there is nothing special to reproduce, just walk over the Purple Mandate quest map, teleport home 1 time at least to sell the trash, and after return sometimes there is no more turning back, which means no more "T" teleport home / left click on spell/skill to learn. Teleport gives a big red error that "You cant do this right here" or something similar ...and this is the moment when you knew you fu**ed up, the game still let you do the map or go into subminimaps around, but this will kill your session and end your quest, because once you are down, the entrance do nothing on click, the exit do nothing on click, "T" still gives the error, and you are also unable to learn spells / skills. And you have no other choice that leave the game to menu or os and get mad because your time is wasted again.
I dont know that if that moment when I realize the LOCK but I am still on the main quest map without going down to minimaps could I finish and left it or not.
