The Gates of Fury - Talk to Heimlock BUG

Hi guys,

I've got a problem with he gates of Fury quest.... After reaching the eastern tower waypoint I haven't talked to Heimlock and returned to the main manu. Now when I wanted to carry on, Heim and valeria are gone... I'm still stuck with Talk to Heim subquest and I can't proceed cause he is not there,,, On the top of that the main to the next cells are locked. There is a geothermal plant which flashes yellow but I can't do anything with it. Please help me out cause I'm stuck there and I really don't want to create other characater and start over.....

I have the exact same issue. And when i deconnect / reconnect i loose the eastern waypoint and have to go there again.
What reward do we loose if we dont finish the 3 act ?

EDIT: Ho we cant pass the story... Ok i guess it's time to quite or restart, god damit, this game

Yeah thats what happened to me on two different characters in two different acts. On the second one as soon as I saw I couldn't enter the next area I thought I'd log off and see if I still had the waypoint. Sure enough when I logged back on the waypoint was gone.
