i have encountered numerous times when opening the inventory window it looses focus making me unable to see item description tooltips until i click somewhere in the window. it also prevents using items or equipment until i click somewhere in the window.

I get this one frequently as well.
Along with it the the comparison for the moused over item to equipped will either not show or show incorrectly.
