Applying untainted withdraws 2000 Affinity. If below 2000 Affinity it only draws 1000 but gives an error that you don't have enough. Only happening since .17 patch.

I tested this several times and it always withdraws 1000 Primordial Affinity as expected.
Do you have video evidence of this happening ?

Note, since you mentioned it was working for you I tested online and it seems to take the appropriate 1k. So, it's isolated to offline characters.
