I am having many visual bugs in Act III. I am using Bladestorm withg Unfettered Determination and most of the time I cannot see my sword when swinging with Bladestorm. Also many of my auras (Blood for Blood) does not show on the ground on my character when I use it. In Act II, when I used Blood for Blood I could see the visual ring on the ground following me but in Act III this visual is bugged and is like "under the floor" and you can kind of see it glitch through every now and then.
