unistall the driver and make a clean install from the nvidia driver.

PD: That happend to me whit the same drivers.

Thanks now it works :)

The first parameter of the 3d settings in the Nvidia contol panel is the troublemaker. Sharpening off and scaling disabled than it works without uninstalling the driver.
