Hello everyone!

I wanted to provide you with a quick guide on how to report a bug.

First of all, before submitting a new bug, please check the Trello Bug tracker to see if the bug has not been reported yet: https://trello.com/b/ef7NA3vc/wolcen-bug-tracker

If you want to report a bug, know that the steps to reproduce are very important since it provides us with the information we need to reproduce the bug and see what's wrong. Your report has to be as precise as possible regarding what your character or you were doing when the issue occurred.

Just a quick example.

A bug that we will be able to reproduce and fix:

I was fighting the boss in Veteran 5 difficulty and when he died, I had no portal to go on the next level. I'm using fireball skill mostly and it appears that the mob died from dots

A bug that we will not be able to reproduce and fix:

"It bugged at the end of the dungeon, couldn't go to the next level."

Videos/clips or screenshots are a plus concerning bug reports, keep in mind that the more details you provide, the more helpful this will be for us.
