So I was running the game at first with 160+ fps but since yesterdays patch im currently only running the game around 120 fps
I noticed the game slows down during random events - not stutter but everything feels like its going in slow motion for a few secons until it speeds back up to normal

I also noticed that when i run past windows with incoming light effects the game slows down and the fps drops to around 40
Would really love to get back to my 160+ fps

Changing graphic settings doesnt change a thing and neither does limiting fps to any amount
Its just really weird. The game feels very unresponsive and sluggish and i suspect it has something to do with light effects
