Bouight the game on on the first day of maintenance, waited 40+ hours for the online server to be up,
Rushed to end of story mode in a day and tried the trasmutation feature, got stuck at checking game version since then, which is 2 days ago.
I don't think this is what i paid for.
A critical bug that disable players from enjoying the game received no further attention from the developers or CM when there should be an immediate hotfix or disabling of said function (if unable then at least a PSA for prevention). This is just unaccepable in terms of business sense.
1) Server capacity issue? Acceptable.
2)40+ hours Maintenance? Acceptable
3) Buggy in game features/Unfinished product/feature? Acceptable
4) Disabling players from playing by using an in-game feature with no warning or PSA since inception of the known issue 48 hours ++? Unacceptable
Wolcen team other than the coders should sit down and discuss whats the plan for the upcoming few days as this issue will escalate.
Getting a new server to do server migration which might take a couple days downtime but allow the team to push hotfix or minipatch to address bugs (Gold bug, item dup bug, magic find bug, skill point bug
Getting a PSA in to stop said issue from becoming worse til the next patch this week
Hiring a bigger team to handle all this issues since they are unable to cope with the current team
