The game will not allot me to create a game online. I read there are tons of bugs and I was just starting to enjoy the game and story.

there can be many reasons, for the start try to reinstall wolcen on your steam account... no1 can help u without access to your pc

online friends - it's a bug which was caused by the patch 1.0.11 and will be fixed in the future i suppose.
and i can't help with creating the game
