I ahve a GOG copy and tried to contact the devs but got no answers

So almost 3 weeks ago i posted this on reddit:

For those who dont want to read the post avobe, the problem was that i bought the game early on gog, i had the receipt and everything and since they pulled the game from that storefront i was expecting a key or some kind of compensation.

I say, in that post, that I tried to contact the devs through several means and i got no response. I did read your recommendations and i tried to contact the mail you provided me on there, now, 3 weeks after sending it and a week after sending a second one to be sure she received the first one, i still havent got any response.

Its been almost a full month since i sent a ticket to support, and 3 weeks since i did what you told me and tried to contact their CM through email, i also tried to contact through discord and post it on here, but i got no response from devs, the support team or the CMs on any of the channels i tried to open with them.

Again, i can understand that the game has had a lot of traffic the first weeks, but what i find unacceptable is that a full month later i have not gotten any responses from my tickets to support, nor from the CM, from nowhere really. If the game was that successful and it had a lot of problems they should have opened more channels for support to help with the problems, or they should have hired more people at least, i decided to support the game early on gog when it was nowhere near as popular and what i got was my copy of the game not being updated because it was pulled from gog and when i tried to contact them to solve the problem ive had to wait for almost a month to not get any answers as of now.

Thats why i write on here, because i, hoping i can get an answer at least on the forums.

And apparently i got ignored again by staff, so please can you answer this time?

Hellooooo !

I am also facing the same problem than this fellow gamer.

I have send a email to [email protected] (as explained here https://steamcommunity.com/app/424370/discussions/0/1770385542779195960/) a month ago and then one week later I sent a message through the Contact option on your website.

I still have no answer for both of these.
Can we at least get an acknowledgement of our request and/or instruction about what to do ?

I can understand that the studio is under pressure with the post release and all the problems that are coming with it but I'm not sure that staying silent is the best solution.

Also @ mstrikerxd do you have any update about your situation ?

After waiting for a month without any confirmation of my request, I got a response from Jessica today that I will receive my key soon. So don't worry, they are getting your mails - their customer support just has a lot to do atm.
