Hello.

I need some support to recover an item I lost when my game got disconnected from the servers. I would like to make it clear it happened to Wolcen only, my Internet connection was functioning flawlessly when it happened (and even if it didn't, I don't believe losing an item in those circumstances is appropriate).

The Issue

I was changing some sockets on a Battleaxe when Wolcen disconnected. The item was in the vendor slot and I was re-rolling sockets. I got disconnected and returned to the title screen, with only the option to reconnect or switch to Offline Mode.

After several attempts, I was able to reestablish the connection. The item, however, had disappeared and was nowhere to be found. I checked my chest, inventory, on the ground, vendor inventory, even buyback options on all vendors in the city. It was gone.

I invested a LOT of time on the item, and even if I can't remember precisely it's attributes, I can list some:

• 2-handed Battleaxe
• Item level 153, Legendary, 5-star quality
• 700+ damage, from a mix of Physical and Rend
• 5% life leech

I am not sure what can be done at this point, but maybe you guys can check your logs and restore the item to my character somehow. My WolcenTag is Tango.4356, and my account is linked with Steam.

Optional Rant

I invested a lot on this item, from transmutation, to quality increase, to finally rarity increase. A lot of orbs and gems were spent on it as well. In oder words, that item cost me a love of TIME, and seeing it vanish like that was really a punch to the chin.

I have been dealing with bugs since launch (I specifically decided to way for an official launch to get it, even it at full price, so I wouldn't have to be burdened with game breaking bugs). I could work around most issues, and kept going because, at the end of the day, the game IS fun.

This one, however, I just can't accept. When anything I've invested real life time can disappear on the blink of an eye for something outside of my control and decidedly caused by a game infrastructure fault, it becomes impossible to think what more I could lose because a server thousands of km away decided to have a hiccup.

PLEASE, find a way to restore that item.
