I've lost 3 items due to disconnects now. I put them in the gem removal with Zanafer and when I attempt to remove the gem I get disconnected. When I reconnect the game the item is gone. I understand gear it common and easy to get but these have been three pieces that were well rolled and I thought would last me some time. It didn't happen back to back and isn't happening every time I remove a gem but if there's a chance I will lose an item just to take a gem out of it. I won't use the gem function anymore.
