Low fps and %100 Cpu problem

i paly solo 30-32 fps and i play multiplayer 15 fps. any1 fix?

same here tried re-install, set all to low, set all to low on gefore experience, set cpu and gpu to high priorty

I usally get 100fps or more then drop to like 25-30
