I was satisfied with the game with little time that I had played, the game is beautiful, or the gameplay is pleasant, even though I know of several problems, such as abuse of exploits such as duplicate items and practically infinite gold, which completely destroys the game market. It doesn't affect me much because I usually play alone or with my friends, it doesn't cost to play with strangers or make trades. (but I understand that a lot of players completely destroy their fun)

The problems of joining a game in the group are frustrated, spending several minutes trying to call your friend who does not appear online, or the error of joining the group, or trying to start the game, as he does not start an instance. But this problem is how he accepted it, because one time or another it worked and one person managed to play.
But when I show a problem of a friend who had bought the game recently, he was unable to play because every time he opens the game his disk reaches 100% use (his PC exceeds and the requirement to make it), and it is better than mine and my 3% pass) and then the game crash after seconds of gameplay.

He and I tried to look for a solution, we read and tried several alternatives that several threads relate, but none of them works. When we saw that several people were having the same problem, and in none of the threads the developers were interacting, we just gave up and left with a bad and frustrating feeling, we were left feeling abandoned by who should support those who used their game.

After about four hours trying to solve this problem, a discord user sent me a message telling me to try to do the following: join a group game, and a friend make an expedition with me within the game, when the expedition ends game would return to normal. And to my surprise, after trying countless other attempts, it worked, my game returned to normal. An extremely bizarre and meaningless bug. That has been "resolved" by a discord user and not by a developer.

The developers don't interact with the community, they remain silent in their little world, without giving a sign of life to the players who are trying to play their game and they can't because they delivered a completely broken game. It would be so much wiser to have waited a little longer to launch the game, already had 3 years of early access, 1 more month wasn't going to make a difference and they were probably going to deliver a much more polished game.

But as this decision can no longer be changed, at least do something about your game developers, fix the exploits that are breaking the market, reset the server so that you can have a fresh start and a healthy economy again. If you are afraid to reset and lose many players, make a temporary league just like other games, so that anyone who wants to can start from scratch, in a place where they will compete equally with people, as there will be no exploiters.

I really hope that you developers are not ignoring your players, that you are trying to fix the game. Please, pay more attention to the community, interact more, so that the base player does not feel abandoned. Your game is excellent, it has fantastic mechanics, even though I am passionate about Path of Exile I say that Wolcen has a great potential to overcome my beloved PoE, but of course, fixing bugs and paying attention to the community.
