Online issue

I finish the history of the game but since that i cannot connect the online mode.
Any help please?

Please fix this error. I can not connect to online mode. So this means i cannot play my character. Keeps saying Authentication Failed!

Before opening one more thread. Your character also doesn't show grimmshock? Are the online and offline characters seperated? I just wondered where my character is after a game crash.
