I have 3 characters on my account 2 of which log in and play fine the third toon Amelia is unable to create a game and play the game, this has been ongoing for a few days and i am now annoyed. I last played her some days ago but it is so frustrating that i cannot access a game with her please advise.

I experienced this recently in a lobby with friends. They were trying to start the campaign and it would error out each time.
We resolved this by switching the profile to "offline," then back to online once more and it resolved the issue.
