What an embarassment.

Look, I paid for this a few days before launch because I wanted the opportunity to play the game I paid for on time. The point is that you didn't prepare enough server space for the amount of players despite being able to access the number of purchases ahead of time you should have had an accurate read out on the number of people interested in playing and over prepared for the population not be cheap if you're going to restrict me to always being connected to your servers to play this game with friends. I have no interest in playing this offline because I want the option to play with friends. But because of your ass backward DRM design I'm unable to enjoy the product the way I want to.

I guess you folks aren't familar with another company called Blizzard and their launch of Diablo 3. I don't harbor hatred toward you, but I feel the need to express my annoyance toward your studio because the only reason I'm unable to play what I paid for is because of a design flaw that you chose to create yourselves.

I'm not going to refund, I think you'll eventually get it working and I really hope that you are are a success but keep in mind the people you piss off next time you release a video game.

I think I get your points. But on the other hand, I think, the main problem is, they did not expect such a huge hype on the release AND, since it is their first attempt for a own made game, they did not expect that massive bug-gathering - even after beta- and alpha-testing. the were just overwhelmed by these sheer mass of people. Give them around 3 or 4 days to fix the problems, and maybe expand the server capacity :( but yes, its sad somehow.

Seriously dude? Go play something else. It's not the end of the world. Or play in offline mode. No one cares about how disappointed you are that they are having server issues. Have you ever launched your own game? Do you have any idea what it takes to deal with server issues? Probably not. Sometimes it's not the developers fault and they need to wait for the company that runs their servers to fix them or update them. Stop crying about it and be an adult and do something else

I have a right to express my opinion, I don't care what you think about it.

You're not seriously trying to compare a indie dev team of 39 people to a multi-billion dollar company with hundres of employees are you? Surely you're not. You also clearly never played D3 launch, it had connection issues for weeks and was down for days. Anyone that's watched any video coverage of this amazing looking ARPG knew well before hand that there was definitely going to be launch issues due to how many people want to play the game. I'm all for giving feedback when your unsatisfied with a product you've paid for, but lets at least be reasonable here.

Just play an offline character until the server stuff is fixed, was to be expected like this. Amazing game by the way.

Yes, and that was a billion dollar company with a FANTASTIC track record for gaming titles, so people were extremely excited and even that didn't stop them from being pissed off about it..

Companies/games have a very limited window to get their products up and running before people just leave it behind for something else... This game/company cannot afford to think it's Blizzard.

And it's not that I'm angry. But if they needed more time they should have taken the time. I like many of you work for a living and don't have a lot of time to enjoy gaming. I physically plan my schedule to include when I get to play this stuff at release so I an enjoy it like everybody else. Looks like it's still down? I mean it's getting out of hand.
