Me too. I backed the Game in 2015 with 25 $ for the "Knight Preorder". After that i got no Mail for a Key.
I tried to contact someone on this webside, but haven't got an answer back. It would be nice to got an Update, i mean the release date is tomorrow.

Going to add on to this. I may have been sent an email, but if I did it's long gone (my fault). I've sent a couple contact messages but haven't received a response. I assume it's a busy time, just want to try and get my key.

Same here. Just like Diadem: Sent a couple of messages and got no response...and yes: Probably a busy time but I really would like to play the game.
By the way: I got the key for the soundtrack in my Account here, but not the game key.

Same here. I backed long ago on Kickstarter (Warrior). I know registered on the Webside, put in my Kickstartermail and connected with my Steamaccount. But unfortunately no key are shwon on the webside an the button "resync" doesnt do anything. So I would be greatful if anyone could help us out with this! Thanks!

Same here. Can we get an official post acknowledging the problem? I'm happy to be patient and wait to play till this weekend but it'd be nice to know the team is aware of this issue.

I'd really like this to be acknowledged at least, and have an ETA, because not giving a damn about this issue feels like a really ungrateful move towards backers. Users who pledge in a Kickstarter deserve at least a proper answer when an issue like this appears on release. Ever heard about community management?.

Bumping this thread. 3 days have already passed and some of us Kickstarter backers haven't received our key yet.

Surely server problems along with various exploits have high priority but we cannot even experience the offline mode yet. Launch hype can be only missed once.

Wow, I didnt expect this, when I backed back in the days. Its the first time I back something via Kickstarter and dont get it like promised. I assume there is a technical issue and we would need to have the key we got long ago in an email I dont have anymore (if I ever got it.. who knows...). But somebody should notice the Messeges we send there and somebody should notice this Forum threads. I cannot understand whats that difficult to just ANSWER and for example say "We are really sorry! We have technical issues. We will solve this in the next two weeks and you all we get your key." Thats something I just expect as a minimum reaction of respect. I even dont expect more. It would be enough. But like this it really feels like "FU" and Im asking myself if I have to report this to Kickstarter...

I've been trying to get a hold of someone on their discord since they aren't responding to messages via the website, but no joy so far. The community manager did make a vague statement about resending keys, but didn't give a timeline. Not certain why it would take so long to resolve what should be a simple issue.
