I get the dark, foreboding idea behind having a pure black border on the top and bottom of the screen during cut-scenes with jagged edges at the bottom of the top border and at the top of the bottom border; however, it's distracting. I'm not about to suggest a colorful cheer-me-up schemed border, but it is a very thick border which takes up a lot of the screen and the jagged edges seems a bit much or reaching too far. Consider a border outline and/or decreasing the vertical width of the top and bottom borders shown during cut-scenes.
