yea, thats right, CM answered that before implemeting an ingame chat, they have to be sure that they have all the tools needed to make it properly work, like adequate game support, tools, functions etc, so we need to wait

A game like this should really launch with an in-game chat to be honest, but it's good to know that it's on the books.

Hopefully will take less than ages to implement this function...
